Officiants

Washington law lets licensed or ordained ministers, priests, imams, rabbis and similar officials of any religious organization, as well as many judges, solemnize a marriage (see RCW 26.04.050 (opens in new tab)). Many couples ask a friend to get ordained. Ask us for local officiant recommendations.

Catering & bar

Twisp River Catering is our catering partner for food and bar service valley-wide.

Everything else

Hair and makeup, music and DJs, cakes, transportation and outfitters: tell us what you need and we will make introductions.

Where guests stay

Lodging & room blocks

Lodging is spread across Mazama, Winthrop and Twisp, and summer weekends fill early. For larger weddings we usually combine two or three properties near the venue and arrange shuttles.

Tip: ask about room blocks 9–12 months out, and give guests a booking deadline.
